Healthcare organizations operate in much the same way. Clinical care, operations, reimbursement, and organizational structure are interconnected—decisions in one area directly affect performance in others.

The name reflects how we approach our work: understanding how the pieces fit together, where misalignment exists, and how to bring the system back into balance.
